1.Groove Size:
The O-ring is installed in the groove. In order to achieve the best sealing effect, we should set an initial preload. Static and dynamic Seals should be considered during groove design. The cross-sectional size of the fluorine rubber O-ring is proportional to the height of the groove. If the groove is too wide or too narrow, the size of stretching and tightening will be too large during installation, which will easily cause shear force or insufficient interference during use, resulting in damage to the seal and damage to the seal. Oil spill.

2.Working environment and medium
This includes temperature, medium, and frequency. The working temperature of fluororubber is about 250℃, and the work effect should be fully considered when working at this temperature. Fluorine rubber O-rings have a wide range of media, such as inorganic salts, water, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, lithium grease, etc. If binary fluorine rubber is used, secondary vulcanization must be used. The frequency refers to the reciprocating speed and rotation speed of the seal. Due to the good wear resistance of fluorine rubber, most working environments can meet the requirements.

3.Forms of work
According to the working form, it can be divided into static seal and dynamic seal. According to the working form of the oil cylinder, it can be divided into: hole seal, shaft seal and rotary seal; for hole seal, the inner diameter should be equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of the groove. When installing axially, consider the direction of pressure. According to its device, it can be divided into radial device and axial device. For radial installation, regarding the shaft seal, the error between the inner diameter of the O-ring and the diameter to be sealed should be as small as possible.
