Sealing ring material - how to choose hardness

The surface finish is low, and the hardness of the sealing ring is low, but it should be noted that the hardness of the sealing material will decrease with the increase of temperature.

The hydropneumatic seal obtains the sealing ability by the resilience generated by itself in the sealing groove, so the permanent deformation of the sealing material should be small and the resilience should be high. The permanent deformation of the material is related to temperature, and both low temperature and high temperature will increase the possibility of permanent deformation.
