The specific method is to remove the original shaft sleeve shoulders, so that it can install two sets of single-sided mechanical seals and make a convex part in the middle part. The table is used for axial positioning of the two sealing rings. The keyway is machined on the sleeve and the pump shaft, the original back cap fastening connection is changed to the key connection, and a fastening back cap on the original pump shaft is eliminated. A sealing gland is added on the side of the sputum, and the sealing gland is fixed on the pump bracket to separate the sputum and the sealing chamber, and the cooling medium is changed from sputum to water to reduce seal wear.

After the effect is improved, the seal runs under the cooling of circulating water, the wear is reduced, the use time is extended, two sets of single-end mechanical seals are 1,100 yuan, the average service life is calculated by 6 months, and the original single-end seal is 540 yuan per set.
